Dalton Greyerbiehl PT, DPT

Dalton Greyerbiehl PT, DPT

Dalton was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area and is an alumni of Brother Rice High School. He continued his education​ at Saint Louis University where he received his Bachelor's of Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

  • Dalton has several years of diverse patient experience and strives to emphasize the importance of movement based recovery with all his patients. Dalton's mission through MVPT is to provide the level of care all patients deserve, something he feels the industry is lacking. His approach emphasizes the patient as a whole, creating a highly personalized plan to guide patients through all aspects of the recovery process.
    Dalton has additional certifications in dry needling and through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). In his free time, Dalton enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, exercising, and playing recreational sports.

Noah Boone PT, DPT

Noah Boone PT, DPT

Noah is a native of West Bloomfield, Michigan. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, New Hampshire, after earning his undergraduate degree from Michigan State. He has a strong foundation in orthopedic rehab and performance-based care.

  • Noah also has experience in home care and hospital settings, allowing him to treat many conditions and impairments across the general population. He has additional certifications in Dry Needling (DN) and IASTM.
    He is passionate about working with endurance athletes, golfers, and tennis players, but he thinks all body movement should be celebrated and optimized for each patient’s goals! He believes in creating a collaborative environment where education, patient empowerment, and hard work are central to the rehab process.
    Outside the clinic, Noah loves to hike, boat, ski, golf, cycle, and spend as much time as possible enjoying nature's offerings with his wife and daughter!

Nolan Lawrence PT, DPT

Nolan Lawrence PT, DPT

Nolan is a Fenton, Michigan native with a lifelong passion for sports, movement, and helping others reach their potential. A former college baseball player at Kellogg Community College, Nolan went on to earn both his Bachelor’s degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan-Flint.

  • With extensive clinical experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, Nolan believes that everyone is an athlete and deserves the ability to move freely and confidently throughout life.
    In addition to his clinical work, Nolan has coached travel baseball with the Oakland Bulldogs and served as a varsity baseball coach at Fenton High School. Since 2020, he has been the lead strength and conditioning coach for Detroit Pitching Development at Origin Athletics, where he helps athletes maximize performance while minimizing injury risk. His unique background as a coach and performance specialist enhances his approach to rehabilitation, blending recovery and performance.
    Outside of the clinic, Nolan enjoys training in the gym, watching Notre Dame football, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Melissa Cowley

Melissa Cowley, DPT

Dr. Melissa Cowley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, National Qualified NPC Wellness Competitor, certified personal trainer, and proud United States Navy Veteran. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wayne State University and is passionate about helping people restore movement, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies.

  • Melissa’s journey into physical therapy began through her own experience with injury and recovery. After seeing firsthand how transformative the right rehabilitation plan can be, she felt called to help others navigate their healing process with guidance, encouragement, and compassion.
    Her approach blends evidence-based treatment with a whole-person perspective. While she especially enjoys working with weightlifters and active individuals, Melissa believes that everyone deserves to move well and live without limitations. She focuses on meeting each patient where they are — creating personalized plans that support not only recovery, but long-term wellness and resilience.
    As both a competitor and coach, Melissa understands the balance between pushing toward goals and honoring the body’s need for recovery. She emphasizes education, empowerment, and sustainable progress so her patients feel confident long after formal therapy ends.
    Outside of the clinic, Melissa enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time in the gym, and relaxing at home with her husband and their two dogs.
    Her mission is to create a supportive space where healing, strength, and self-trust can grow — helping every individual move forward with confidence.

Dr. Melissa Cowley

Ryan Celmer, DPT

Ryan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wayne State University. Prior to completing his DPT, Ryan spent four years as a collegiate baseball player at Madonna University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Pre-Physical Therapy Certificate.

  • Following the completion of multiple clinical rotations in the sports setting, he developed a strong passion for working with athletes of all ages and sports and active members of the community. Ryan utilizes an evidence based and goal-oriented approach to rehabilitation that focuses on movement-based recovery and incorporates principles of strength and conditioning to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and confidently return to the activities and sports they enjoy.
    Outside of the clinic, Ryan enjoys weight lifting, playing golf, and spending time with his fiancé.
