Meet the Staff
Dalton Greyerbiehl PT, DPT
Dalton was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area and is an alumni of Brother Rice High School. He continued his education at Saint Louis University where he received his Bachelor's of Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Dalton has several years of diverse patient experience and strives to emphasize the importance of movement based recovery with all his patients. Dalton's mission through MVPT is to provide the level of care all patients deserve, something he feels the industry is lacking. His approach emphasizes the patient as a whole, creating a highly personalized plan to guide patients through all aspects of the recovery process.
Dalton has additional certifications in dry needling and through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). In his free time, Dalton enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, exercising, and playing recreational sports.
Noah Boone PT, DPT
Noah is a native of West Bloomfield, Michigan. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, New Hampshire, after earning his undergraduate degree from Michigan State. He has a strong foundation in orthopedic rehab and performance-based care. Noah also has experience in home care and hospital settings, allowing him to treat many conditions and impairments across the general population. He has additional certifications in Dry Needling (DN) and IASTM.
He is passionate about working with endurance athletes, golfers, and tennis players, but he thinks all body movement should be celebrated and optimized for each patient’s goals! He believes in creating a collaborative environment where education, patient empowerment, and hard work are central to the rehab process.
Outside the clinic, Noah loves to hike, boat, ski, golf, cycle, and spend as much time as possible enjoying nature's offerings with his wife and daughter!
Spencer Nolff PT, DPT
Spencer earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University, where he cultivated a strong foundation in sports rehabilitation and advanced post-operative care. His expertise is enhanced by his certification in dry needling and ongoing coursework focused on ACL surgical techniques and evidence-based treatment protocols.
A former NCAA Division I soccer player at Oakland University, Spencer served as team captain during his junior and senior years, demonstrating leadership and dedication both on and off the field. While completing his undergraduate degree, he also won a national championship in 2019 with USL2 side Flint City Bucks.
In addition to his clinical work, Spencer has extensive coaching experience, having worked with multiple clubs and academies to develop young athletes. This unique combination of high-level athletic experience, coaching, and clinical expertise allows Spencer to connect with athletes at every stage of their recovery and return to sport.
